Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, draft, edit, or publish content that:

1.1 Is Illegal or Facilitates Illegal Acts

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including export control laws and sanctions.
• Promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for illegal activities, including fraud, theft, hacking, money laundering, tax evasion, or drug trafficking.
• Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or trade secret rights of any third party.
• Violates any person's privacy rights, including unauthorised use of their personal data, images, or likeness.

1.2 Is Harmful or Deceptive

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive, including false advertising, fake reviews, or content designed to manipulate consumers in violation of consumer protection law.
• Is defamatory, libellous, or constitutes unjustified attacks on individuals, businesses, or organisations.
• Is harassing, threatening, intimidating, or designed to harm specific individuals.
• Constitutes spam — mass, unsolicited, or repetitive content not intended to provide genuine value to readers.

1.3 Is Designed to Manipulate Search Engines

• Thin, duplicate, or low-quality content published in bulk solely to manipulate search engine rankings, not to help real readers.
• Content designed to deceive search engines about the nature or origin of the website.
• Content that violates the published quality guidelines of major search engines (e.g. Google's Spam Policies).

1.4 Is Inappropriate or Offensive

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, unless you are operating a lawfully licensed adult content platform and have obtained our prior written approval.
• Hate speech — content that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Content that glorifies, promotes, or trivialises violence, self-harm, or suicide.
• Content targeting or exploiting minors in any harmful way.

2. Prohibited Platform Use

In addition to content restrictions, you may not use the Service to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures.
• Introduce viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner without our express written consent.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark the Service for competitive purposes without our written permission.
• Sublicense, resell, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service to process, store, or transmit data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity.

3. Responsible AI Use

Ampifex is an AI-assisted tool. You are responsible for the content you choose to approve and publish. In particular:

• Do not publish AI-generated content without reviewing it. You are the final approver and bear full legal and editorial responsibility for published content.
• Do not use the Service to generate content that you know or suspect to be false, even if the AI produces it.
• Where applicable law requires disclosure that content is AI-generated, you are responsible for making that disclosure.
• Do not attempt to use the Service to generate content designed to impersonate specific real persons in a misleading way.
• Do not attempt to use the Service to extract sensitive information or to jailbreak, manipulate, or abuse our AI systems.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to us at legal@ampifex.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we determine — in our sole, reasonable discretion — that a violation has occurred or is likely, we may:

• Issue a warning and require remediation.
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP.
• Suspend your account temporarily or permanently.
• Terminate your account without refund.
• Report the violation to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required or appropriate.

We are not obligated to monitor all content generated or published through the Service, but we reserve the right to do so for compliance purposes.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, our Service, or evolving best practices in responsible AI use. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the platform with at least 14 days' notice.
